Cory Bonda is one of Prestige Storage Capital’s founding partners. A native of Pepper Pike, an eastside suburb of Cleveland, Cory graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since starting the company in 2016, Prestige Storage’s portfolio has grown from two properties to over 60 properties nationwide, encompassing more than 3,000,000 rentable square feet. This year, Prestige Storage ranked 46th on the Inside Self Storage Top Operators List, earning a spot in the Top 50. In 2024, Prestige Storage Capital was also recognized by Columbus Business First as the fastest-growing company in Central Ohio in the $6 million to $10 million revenue category.

Cory oversees the day-to-day management of the portfolio and leads all acquisition and development efforts. Prior to founding Prestige Storage, he worked as an Operations and Marketing Analyst at Kaufman Development, a boutique mixed-use developer based in Columbus, Ohio. Cory serves on the Advisory Board of the Ohio Self Storage Association, sits on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Self Storage Association, and is a member of the Columbus chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Cory and his wife, Daniella, welcomed their daughter Romi early in 2025. While not at work, Cory enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to places near and far, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and golfing.
