Justin Zebrowski serves as Senior Manager of Asset Management at Prestige Storage Capital, bringing more than a decade of commercial real estate experience spanning investments, development, and capital markets.  Since joining the firm in 2026, Justin is responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational oversight of a portfolio of self-storage facilities, serving as the execution leader between portfolio strategy and on-the-ground operations. He also plays a key role in due diligence and transition for newly acquired and developed properties, and works to refine asset management processes, dashboards, and reporting standards across the portfolio.

A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, Justin brings a well-rounded real estate background in contract negotiation, underwriting, financial analysis, and public-private partnerships that strengthens Prestige’s asset management efforts.  Before joining the firm, Justin spent over a decade at Washington Prime Group, most recently as Director of Investments where he led the disposition of the company’s Triple Net Lease national portfolio, enclosed malls, and open-air centers. During his time there, he closed more than 50 transactions generating over $350 million in sale proceeds.

Justin and his wife, Heather, recently welcomed their son Jude. Outside of work, Justin enjoys rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns, golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
